Oakville License Office contract awarded
JEFFERSON CITY - The Office of Administration, in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Revenue, has awarded the management contract for the Oakville License Office to License Office Operations, LLC in Clayton. All license office contracts in Missouri are awarded through a competitive bid process.
The Oakville License Office will remain at its current location at 3164 Telegraph Rd.
In fiscal year 2013, more than 88,000 transactions were conducted at the Oakville office, generating approximately $296,800 in agent processing fees. License Office Operations' contract includes an annual commitment to return 10 percent (approximately $29,680) of future processing fees to the state.
All local license offices are overseen by the Missouri Department of Revenue, but each is operated by an independent agent.
