Tax Assistance Centers Ready to Help Taxpayers
JEFFERSON CITY – With tax season at hand, the Missouri Department of Revenue (department) today is reminding Missourians that there is tax help available at the Tax Assistance Centers across the state.
“This is just one more example of implementing Governor Blunt’s plan to make state government more efficient and responsive to Missouri taxpayers,” said Revenue Director Omar Davis. “The department encourages taxpayers to utilize the Tax Assistance Centers or the department’s web site to obtain answers to any questions they have regarding their tax filings.”
Customers may visit Tax Assistance Centers at the following locations:
Cape Girardeau – 3102 Blattner Drive, Suite 102
Jefferson City – Harry S Truman Office Building, Room 330, 301 W. High Street
Joplin – 1110 E. 7th Street, Suite 400Kansas City – State Office Building, Room 127, 615 East 13th Street

St. Joseph – State Office Building, Room 314, 525 Jules
St. Louis – 3256 Laclede Station Road, Suite 101
In addition to visiting the department’s Tax Assistance Centers, customers may call (573) 751-3505 for personal tax questions, (573) 751-2836 for business tax questions, or e-mail dormail@dor.mo.gov .
The department’s web site at www.dor.mo.gov contains answers to hundreds of frequently asked tax questions.
