Photo Identification for Voting

The Supreme Court has ruled the photo ID requirement for voting law unconstitutional.

Due to that ruling, as of 8:00 a.m. September 18, the Department of Revenue suspended the issuance of free non-driver licenses for voting. The announcement was made in a press release the afternoon of September 15.
