How do I change my address in DOR records?

Individuals

If you are moving out of Missouri:

• File an official change of address with the US Postal Service (leaving dor.mo.gov webspace)
• Send an email to income@dor.mo.gov
  • Include your old and new addresses (including your new county)
  • Include your full name
  • Include the last four digits of your social security number

If you are moving to another Missouri address:

• File an official change of address with the US Postal Service (leaving dor.mo.gov webspace)
• Send an email to dormail@dor.mo.gov
  • Include your full name
  • Include your old and new addresses (including your new county of residence)
  • Include your complete driver license number (and/or the last four digits of your social security number)
  • Include your vehicle license plate numbers (or a note that you have no vehicles registered in Missouri)

Businesses

If you are adding or changing a location:

• Download Form 126 Change Request
• For corporation registration changes, visit the SOS website.
